Spacious and light, the majority of our rooms overlook the garden and have stunning views over the Otter Valley, Otter Head and the South West Coastal Path.  Rooms with a frontal aspect still enjoy interesting views towards Budleigh Salterton – and all enjoy tremendous peace, comfort and tranquillity. The tasteful decorations have been complemented by quality soft furnishing and new luxury beds.  To ensure your further comfort you can enjoy a well stocked refreshment tray, remote-control colour televisions, alarm clock/radios, hairdryers and adjustable radiators controls.

The individually planned six double/twin or king rooms are all en suite and all the rooms have recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard. The cosy single room, which enjoys the spectacular views, has a private power shower and loo. Beds are made up with duvets, but we will be happy to provide sheets and blankets if requested in advance.
