The conservatory has been refurbished and upgraded for the 2010 season.  New luxury furniture, new flooring and decoration add even further to the feeling of true tranquility.

Rest and relaxation is our aim, whether in guests’ private rooms or in the two guest reception areas. Enjoy the cosy sitting room (with daily, local newspapers, and a interesting selection books and magazines) which creates a cocoon-like comfort zone especially on colder days or just walk through the french doors into the spacious wicker-furnished conservatory and immediately, even on a grey day, have your spirits lifted.

Devon Holiday Accommodation

This well-proportioned light and airy room, simply but tastefully decorated in green and terracotta hues, just begs you to sit and enjoy the garden view. Also in the conservatory is a small bar area – we hold a Restaurant and Residential licence to serve hotel residents and their guests at any reasonable hour, and restaurant guests when dining.

Guests are able to enjoy a Devon Cream Tea in the comfort of the garden side restaurant, conservatory or on the patio. All overlook the garden with views across the Otter Valley.
